CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT’S PLACED?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at hello@musho-clothing.com with your order number. Once it’s shipped, you’ll need to request a return.

We ship worldwide.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Varies by location. You’ll get tracking info once your order ships. Check our Shipping Policy for details.

 

WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?

We’re human. We mess up sometimes. If your order’s not right, you've received the wrong item, damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at hello@musho-clothing.com. We will help you with everything you need.

 

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Once your order ships, it can’t be cancelled or returned.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, after that we can’t process claims.

Each product page includes a sizing guide. Check it before you buy, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. Click it anytime to see where your chaos is in transit.

 

WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD-OUT ITEMS?

We’re always making new chaos. Some pieces might come back, some won’t -  we drop new stuff at least once a month, so keep watching. Follow us on Instagram that’s where you’ll see it first.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We take most major ways to pay, credit cards, debit cards and other secure online options. Whatever’s available will show up at checkout.
