1. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at hello@musho-clothing.com. Once it’s shipped, you’ll need to request a return.

 

2. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

 

3. How long does shipping take?


Varies by location. You’ll get tracking info once your order ships. Check our Shipping Policy for details.

 

4. What if something goes wrong?

We’re human. We mess up sometimes. If your order’s not right — wrong item, damage, please email us at hello@musho-clothing.com. We’ll fix it fast because we want you to be happy with your order.

 

5. What’s your return policy?

30 days from delivery. Item must be unused, tags on, original packaging. Email hello@musho-clothing.com before sending anything back. Full details in our Returns Policy

 

6. Will I pay customs fees or taxes?

If you’re outside our main shipping regions, your country might charge customs or import fees - that’s out of our control and your responsibility.

 

7. How do I know my size?

Check the Size Guide on each product page, sizing details are listed right there.

 

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. Click it anytime to see where your chaos is in transit.

 

9. Will you restock sold-out items?

We’re always making new chaos. Some pieces might come back, some won’t -  we drop new stuff at least once a month, so keep watching. Follow us on Instagram that’s where you’ll see it first.

 

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We take most major ways to pay, credit cards, debit cards and other secure online options. Whatever’s available will show up at checkout.

 

11. Can I join a mailing list to stay updated on new releases?

We don’t do mailing lists for now. Want to know when we drop new stuff? Follow us on Instagram - that’s where it all happens first.
