At Musho, we believe chaos should arrive on time.
Once you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details. We process orders quickly because waiting sucks. As soon as it ships, you’ll get a tracking link so you can stalk your package anytime.
ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING
Please allow us 3-5 days to print, pack and despatch your order! We always work as fast as we can to get your orders out our door and in your hands.
You’ll get a tracking email the moment your order hits the road.
We move fast but during drops, promos or chaos-heavy seasons like Black Friday or Christmas, shipping may take a bit longer.
We ship worldwide. If you're far out, your order might take longer, but it will get there.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s up to the carrier. These are rough timelines, not promises. You’ll get tracking info so you always know where your order is.
EU Orders
EU Orders should be delivered in 6-21 working days depending on the country.
Europe (DPD Courier): 3 - 7 working days
We Pre-Pay EU orders import VAT and Duties via our IOSS number. So you will not need to pay anything in the EU.
EU Shipping is Free on orders above €90
EU orders below €90 are charged at €9 for Europe Zone 1
EU orders below €90 are charged at €12 for Europe Zone 2
UK Orders
United Kingdom (Tracked 24 & Tracked 48): 1 - 5 working days
USA Orders
United States (USPS tracked): 3 - 5 working days
United States (DPD Courier): 5 - 7 working days
Canada Orders
Canada (Tracked): 6 - 21 working days

DELIVERY ERRORS
We ship to the address you give us. If that info is wrong or incomplete, we can’t fix what we didn’t break. Double-check before you confirm.
CANCELLATIONS
Changed your mind?
Email us fast at hello@musho-clothing.com.
If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll cancel it. Once it’s on its way, it’s yours.
CUSTOMS + TAXES
If you’re ordering from outside our base, your country might charge import duties or taxes. Musho isn’t responsible for customs fees or delays at the border.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Stuff happens. If your order goes missing or shows up wrecked, hit us up at hello@musho-clothing.com. Send your order number and photos if needed. We’ll sort it.
