Welcome to Musho. We’re glad you’re here. These terms explain how we run this site and how we work with you. By shopping with us or using our site, you’re agreeing to them so it’s worth a read.

We keep it honest and simple, but this is still the legal stuff that protects both of us.

WHO WE ARE

Musho is an online-only brand, powered by Shopify. No physical store, no fancy offices - just raw design and an internet connection. All questions go to hello@musho-clothing.com.

 

USING OUR SITE

- You need to be 18 or have a parent/guardian’s OK.

- Don’t misuse the site: no spam, hacks or copying our content.

 

PRODUCTS & IMAGES

We work hard to show products accurately, but screens can mess with colours or details. Descriptions help you understand what you’re buying, but they aren’t locked legal promises, designs may evolve over time.

 

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

- Prices can change without notice; taxes, duties and shipping are extra unless stated.

- Double-check your info before you buy - wrong details are on you.

- We can cancel or refuse orders if something’s off (like payment issues or stock errors).

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates - not guarantees.

- We’re not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.

- Once we hand your order to the carrier, responsibility passes to you.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

- You’ve got 30 days to return eligible items (unused, tags on, original packaging).

- Email hello@musho-clothing.com before sending anything back - unapproved returns won’t be processed.

- Refunds go to your original payment method unless you ask for store credit.

- If you cancel before shipping, we’ll stop the order and refund you. After shipping, you’ll need to request a return.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

- We ship from Germany.

- If you’re outside the EU, customs fees or taxes may apply.

- Allow extra time for shipping and customs clearance.

 

 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- Everything here artwork, logos, designs, product names and content belongs to Musho.

- You can’t copy, resell or use it for commercial purposes without permission.

- Sharing for personal use is fine, but credit us and don’t alter it.

PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. We only use your data to run this store and won’t sell your info. Full details are in our Privacy Policy

FEEDBACK

If you share ideas, reviews, or suggestions with us, we may use them to improve Musho. No compensation, but plenty of appreciation.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We update these terms when needed. If we do, we’ll post the new version here. Using the site after changes means you accept them.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved under EU law, without reference to conflicting local laws.
