Returns

We get it, sometimes chaos doesn’t fit. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the day you get your order.

ELIGIBILITY

For a return to work:

- The item has to be unworn, unused and in the same condition you got it

- Original packaging still intact

- Proof of purchase (your email receipt is enough)


HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at hello@musho-clothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions on where to send it.

Important: Don’t send anything back without emailing first. We won’t be able to process it if we didn’t agree on the return.

 

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Domestic returns (UK & Spain): We’ll cover return shipping for defective or wrong items. For other reasons (e.g., wrong size, changed mind), shipping costs are on you.

International returns: Customers cover the return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide, but customs fees, duties, or taxes are set by your country and aren’t covered by Musho.
For returns outside the UK or Spain, allow extra time for shipping and customs clearance.

 

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

Check your order when it arrives.
If it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong item, email us right away at hello@musho-clothing.com so we can fix it fast.


CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind? Email us at hello@musho-clothing.com right away.

- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it.

- Once it’s shipped, you’ll need to request a return after it arrives.


EXCEPTIONS

We don’t accept returns on:

- Custom or personalised products

- Sale items

- Gift cards

EXCHANGES

Want something else? The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once we’ve approved the return.

 

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIMES

- We’ll email you when we receive and inspect your return.

- If approved, refunds are sent to your original payment method (or store credit if you prefer).

- Banks and payment providers can take up to 10 business days to process.

- If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and no refund appears, email us at hello@musho-clothing.com.
